When an enquiry is entered into the inquiry form, the enquiry is effectively saved in the enquiries section of the system. An email notification is automatically sent to the business administrator every time an enquiry is receiced. To view enquries, go to View – Received Enquiries.

From this page you can also perform advanced filtering as well as basic searching using the top toolbar.

Vieweing Inquiry Details: By clicking on the open icon next to each Enquiry, it will open and and show all the details of this inquiry, including a listing of all members / service providers matched.
